last day of winter break
tomorrow the boys go back to school
and we'll all go back to our daily routine, which had been messed up during the holidays
back to trying a new rhythm
and it'll start on a busy note
never time to get bored, you'll say
I was probably too comfortable
too snuggled in the holiday rhythm
back to a healthier way of eating
after December's splurge of too sweet & comfort food
I'm a list maker
I know that not everyone is
but I need this visual reminder
for giving me goals & trying to stick to them
I wish everyone of you who must go back to work or to school / university tomorrow
the most positive vibes, strength & also a good dose of tolerance with yourself
until that moment, I'll try to enjoy what remains of this last day of holiday rhythm
(please note that I didn't write "doing nothing" ...
because I have been tackling many things these days
which makes me satisfied)
xoxoxo

enjoy your last day before the routine of school and the travel it involves returns to your life. Thank you so much for taking the time over the holidays to chat with me. It really has meant the world to me
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your last day of the holiday Sonia and sending you positive energy for the new year : ) L
ReplyDeleteHope you've enjoyed your last day. Tomorrow is mine as Monday is a Bank Holiday here in England. Tomorrow will be a day of tidying and organising and preparing for the new 'rythm'. Positive wishes for getting back to the busyness. x x
ReplyDeleteoh no, 'doing nothing' is never an option for a mum!
ReplyDeleteI've got a list as long as my arm, and tomorrow, once I've got the decorations down, I can make a start. I'm looking forward to it!
enjoy your Sunday, my friend xx
We aren't back to routine for another week but I'm starting to feel the need for it. Maybe I'll get back into list making for 2011, it seems to work so well for you Sonia!
ReplyDeleteSorry to have missed you last night, next time for sure!
Have a wonderful week,
Jx
