snow much fun

well, hello, hi, to the ones of you who will make their way to this little place, around Christmas time. We're (obviously) back from our trip, where we had the surprise of getting snow, on the day of our arrival. (then it melted a bit, we got thick fog, and then rain) For a simpler viewing, I made a little slideshow, but you can see them all, and better, if you visit the set on Flickr.

So ... the last days' activities were : going to Disneyland Paris (checked), playing in the game arcades (checked), and taking a photo of the four of us (NOT checked, I forgot, oooops) Nevermind.

today's activity was making a little snowy scene. That's what we did. Mostly me, but nevermind. (wow, this may be my new word for 2011) LOL
we reused cardboard from Amazon's deliveries, and also used fine salt, simple white kid safe glue, some pencils, a bit of tape, a bit of foil, and ta da :

I think we'll use them as centerpieces for our Christmas table, with, why not, a tealight on the foil skating pool ;-)
