pop & mac

hello girls, I haven't been much around today & yesterday ... the reason ? This one :

well, yes, we succombed. Well, not really. I think we've been wanting a Mac for a long long time & never quite admitted it. The Imac was bought yesterday & installed this afternoon. Which, you understand, gave me some work before installing it (like cleaning thoroughly the files on the other computer ... saving datas & more datas ...) and also right before installing it, like cleaning (not virtually, but with a damp sponge, this time) the whole computer desk, and of course, while I was at it, my whole creative space. Clearing it was a job in itself, my word. I've tried to re-organize some things, and I'm going to try to keep both spaces as decluttered as possible. (seriously, who am I kidding ?!)

today's activity for the advent calendar was making popcorn & making popcorn strings with them. Well, it was apparently a good exercice for Mr P, who has quite few patience. Mr U did a better job than his big bro, but it was really a good experience for working on more patience & delicacy. Of course, they didn't make a long string, we had to do this activity after school, so they were a bit tired. But they did enjoy. (OK, more U than P !!)

no snow over here, but the temps are cold, really. We can really feel it's snowing elsewhere than here ! Mittens, scarves, hats will be mandatory tomorrow morning !

I hope you all had a great day. Now excuse me, I'm going to spend some time with Mr Imac. (shhh, don't tell my husband)
