sea shell diversity

these are the seashells I picked yesterday morning at the beach. I'm mesmerized by the diversity of shapes, colors, textures ... I think I've become a compulsive picker along the years ... eheh

I think I'll use them, as well as all the ones that are already in my collections, as color / shape / motifs + pattern inspirations for future creations.

may today treat you kindly

  1. Wow! I love them all! So beautiful. I have the similar orange one. My mum found it in Croatia when she was my age, and when I was a kid she gave it to me.

  2. Great collection Sonia... some days our beach is totally bare, not a shell in sight, other days I find a bucket load! The colours and textures are so varied, they would look great framed, up on a wall I think!
