it was a lovely day indeed, it went by too fast of course ... I wanted to keep it small & simple & that's what it was, so I'm very satisfied. :)
I went to the hairdresser's this afternoon. Last time was almost a month ago, I should have gone last week, but it was not possible (because of my foot). It is right down my street (down the little hill on which we live) and it is NOT crowded. Don't get me wrong, the hairdresser is not bad, on the contrary, nobody cut my hair so well ! And it took me only 20mn ! Amazing, right ?! You had asked for it during the giveaway week, so here is a photo I took right after I came back hom from the hairdresser's. This is what 32 looks like !
these last days went by so quickly (I feel I'm always saying that, I'm sorry) The boys are still on vacation, until Sunday. Tomorrow hubby's working all day, so I'll be home with the boys. I have a small Hymalaya of clothes to iron, and a handful of new (simple, organic cotton, and colorful) tee-shirts (for my 3 guys, not one is for me, boohoo) to handwash ... and see if they'll bleed. I hope I'll manage to squeeze some creative time between the chores & keeping the boys busy .And reasonnably calm. Sometimes. OK OK OK, for five minutes !!!!!!

ReplyDeleteI had a short hair cut like the one you have now till I was about 10 y-o (and didn't want to be a girl, LOL) and then again at 19, but not sure I will have the gut to do it now. ((HUGS))

lovely to see a recent photo of you Sonia, and your hair suits you well. I salute you for accepting your silver scattering. I've been lucky, mine tends to hide underneath my hair (as long as I keep it down and don't tie it up!) but it drives me mad. I don't mind a few, but the few is turning to many!!! :O) I should be grateful. By the time my dad was my age he was almost completely grey.

Hi Sonia! I am missing birthdays left and right... was a day late for Kia and now yours, too. You know I have my best birthday wishes for you. I am just not getting the birthday notifications I used to get. :( If you were on FaceBook I get those all the time. I would give anything to be so brave and cut my hair so short. What a dream to take care of and you are lucky you can pull it off and look so great! 32 looks wonderful and I love your cute dimples and pretty eye color. Happy, happy birthday!!! (((Hugz)))
