Hello everyone ! :)Aww how fun that you enjoyed my pre-posted entries !! It made me so happy that so many of you took time to stop by while I was away, I am deeply deeply touched, really ! A biiiiiiig hug to all of you, girls !
So yes, we're back. As I had planned, the week went by in a flash & we did so many things BUT relaxing ! We walked a ton, went to the beach once, to local wild areas twice, to the new appartment so many times ... and I took over 300 photos & some videos. Once everything will be uploaded on Flickr, I'll let you know the links, because there's no way I'm going to resize 300 photos for the blog !!! LOL
We celebrated my birthday yesterday (but today's my bday) with my parents before taking the train to go back home. Chris went back to work (with so many phonecalls to make today & the next few days), but the boys still have a week vacation. It's going to be another busy week, trying to get back into the daily swing of life (read = laundry, cooking, cleaning, keeping the boys busy, shopping for food, and trying to craft) I don't have any box yet to pack our things, so I can't start doing this yet. We should be moving the last week of June.
I'll try to post a bit this week, but please don't be mad at me if I can't, in the end. I'll do my best, I promise !
I hope you all had a fabulous week while I was away. We had all kinds of weather while there, rain (on Easter day !), sun & warmth, everything. I'll try to catch up with your blogs too, this week, but that may be slow too.
OK, must go, ladies. Off to hang the first load of laundry. Then go shopping for food, the fridge is 95% empty. Thank you so much again for being around while I wasn't. You all rock ! You take good care !! xoxoxoxo

ReplyDeleteI made your cheddar muffins yesterday. I have to say out of all the muffin recipes I've ever made, I think it's my favourite. They always turn out well and the taste is just perfect.
I'm glad you got lots of nice comments, it's always lovely to find little notes in the comment box!
gosh, moving day is going to come round quickly for you. I mean this in the nicest way possible, I hope it's the last move for you for a long time. It's hard work. We have ordered our paint (yey) we chose the colour in the centre, but there was much dithering over it! Nice to have made the decision.
Ok, time I was off. I might be a bit quiet this week, with the husband home this week we will be out and about more than we would be normally. :O) I'm hoping to get some crafty stuff done and shared on CR later on this week though. If my fabric order arrives quickly.

I just did the same thing... visited with family and returned home to a week of vacation with the children. It felt good to step away from the computer and focus on home.
