Sweet carnations I bought this morning

So today's another day ... it was predicted to be sunny & cold, and all we've got so far is a foggy, cold & wet kind of weather. Bring on the sun, come on ! So instead, I bought carnations in hues that will bring the sun inside the appartment. I think they look lovely & the price for all these was not even 4 euros. Great, isn't it ?

I've had a quiet morning at home, I didn't go out, but surfed, and sewed. Lovely ! I sewed two new tissue cozies, one ladybug themed & one tea time themed (sold), and they are both now in the shop !I have three other ones already cut & ready to be sewn. It's fun making these. Sure I would need one of these today, I got a cold. Nothing serious at all, but always a bit annoying, isn't it ? I do my best to keep it under control. (as much as this is possible, though !)

I wanted to share an old movie that makes my son P (6 1/2 y-o) laugh like never ... it's Monkey Business. Yes, that movie can be hilarious, it's good ol' times fun & so sweet to watch. It featured Cary Grant, Marylin Monroe & Ginger Rogers among other artists. Here is a small part of the movie, you can see it entirely, 10mn by 10mn, on YouTube, if you're really interested but don't want to buy the DVD. (the best is not at the beginning of the scene ... you can fast forward till the middle)
