Sunshine button on my cardi
Doesn't this sunshine button bring a smile on your face ?! It does bring one on mine, and that's why I needed to have it ! The talented person behind this lovely illustration is Lydia Nichols and I'm proud to say that I was her first customer on Etsy. :) Long life to her shop ! Please pay her a visit !

I had received this lovely sunshine button yesterday, and today I received another gorgeous handmade item ... I was OH SO happy when I was just in time for Margie's previous shop update last weekend, and was able to "catch" one of her beautiful (crochet) covered sea stone ... in my favorite color : red !! At last my little turquoise Merfish isn't alone anymore ! Look at them reunited & hugging ;-)Aren't they both gorgeous ?! I'm so in love with them & with Margie's creations in general !

It's almost 7pm as I'm typing, but today was sunny (hence the title). Cold but sunny. This weekend is said to be rainy. We shall go to Paris tomorrow, as it's been a long time the boys've been there for the last time. (over a month I suppose)
Speaking of the boys, I asked them yesterday to make a drawing to send to my grandfather / their great-grandfather, for his 90th birthday (along with Belgian chocolates). They did a sweet job.I also sewed a card myself. The design is simple, but I think it's effective. I like it this way.Yesterday I also sewed the three other tissue cozies I was talking about in my last blog entry. They're all in the shop now.I hope you all had a great end of the week. I wish you all a lovely and ... cozy weekend ahead ! Lots of love your way xoxo
