It's a blustery Friday, no doubt about it. Wind, rain, sun, we have them all ! It makes me think about spring, with its rain showers & its strong winds. It's even warmer today, I won't complain.

Look what I purchased from the talented Margaret Oomen of Resurrection Fern:

It's a crochet covered smooth stone. Margie called this beauty a merfish because it looks like either a fish or a mermaid. It is hand crocheted with a very tiny vintage crochet hook. It was shipped in Ontario, Canada on the 19th & arrived safely yesterday on the 22nd ! Three days to cross the ocean, now that was super fast !!
I'm in the middle of decluttering my creative space, and reorganizing it. I know, it's not the living room's turn yet, but I felt I had to do it today. A woman who loves to create (and collect) can pile up a loooooot of things, I can tell you. Everywhere, I'd add. All the time, I'd add too ! Maybe my mind & my ideas will be clearer after decluttering everywhere, I don't know. (I'll let you know, don't worry !! LOL)
OK, time to leave. I need more hours in the day, really. Does anyone have too many of them ? I'm willing to pay for them ! LOL
Have a super nice weekend everyone. Nothing special planned here, so I shall be around. Take care !! xoxoxo
Hi Sonia! :) Finally get around for a proper visit. Thanks for checking in with me the other day.
ReplyDeleteI just love your new garland, so fresh, and fun for Spring/Summer.
I also wanted to say that I just loved seeing your snow photos, and the little video you took in the snow! I had popped in a week or two ago, and I meant to write at the time, and got pulled away from the computer. I loved hearing your voice, and seeing the boys having so much fun! Our weather has been cold, and dry, no more snow, but it was nice while we had it.
Must dash, and get some laundry done before lunch time.
Have a great evening sweetie. Love & hugs xxx
Hi Sonia! I hope when you move, you'll have a little space for a garden. I've been declutterng and organizing my computer. I had a lot of fiels that I moved over and thought it was time to go thru them. Yes, Jessica's lucky that Ryan is such a good sleeper. I hope he continues as he gets older. Enjoy the weeknd! (((Hugz)))
ReplyDeleteHi! I love reading your blog and this time I decided to leave a comment here , it´s the way you write that I adore, I´m Brazilian so I´m sorry about my terrible English blog readers... Thank you for sharing your ideas, your everyday stuff, every minute of your life becomes special when you write here! Have a blessed weekend! Love, xoxo, Mina

Good morning Sonia! I am eagerly awaiting Spring myself! Right now I am in the midst of collecting fabric and a few other bits and bobs, to make a lovely Spring gift for the girls :-) I cannot wait to get started on this new - and secret - project... hehe! Wishing you and the boys a gorgeous weekend!
ReplyDeleteMuch love and care,
Susanne xxxx
HI Sonia,
ReplyDeleteWishing you a great weekend!
I cannot wait for Spring.....so i can create more new dolls!
just wanted to make a quick visit. I caught the end of the news earlier on, and *think* (I wasn't paying attention to it, so can't be sure) that parts of France have been hit with a bad storm. If I've got it right, I hope you are ok and safe, and still have power in your home.
ReplyDeleteIf I'm wrong, apologies, I really wasn't paying attention to the news, as I try my hardest to ignore it at the moment.
Must scoot. Trying to make a quick post, along with 8 million other things!
have a lovely weekend xx
