Saturday is over now, the boys went to bed, and we in the end didn't go to Paris. It was a cold rainy day, the kind of day you prefer to stay home. Well, hubby went to buy bread this morning with U, and went to the health store this afternoon with P. I didn't put a foot outside of the appartment ! Frankly I don't mind, I love the idea of staying home all day. I know some people can't even think about not going out, but I'm so happy in my little nest that I could live several days inside without being annoyed !
This morning I ironed while the 3 guys read books on the sofa ...

Pathetic ? Well, maybe. Fun ? Absolutely ! And that's what matters ! I'm sure these photos brought a smile or two on your face :)
We had Ben & Jerry's icecreams in the afternoon, P & Chris brought it back from their shopping.

hahaha eyes eyes everywhere.. I remember when my boys were younger they had a Mr Potato Head, and I would find all sorts of face and body parts all over the place, but never on the potato.. LOL Yes its all about the fun Sonia, how ever would it be without it..
ReplyDeleteI am definatly the stay at home person, especially in this weather, even though it has been warmer its really blustery and cold, not weather for going out in, it's weather for staying in and getting all cosy!!
Ciao Sonia, cool pics, very funny! ;) Have a lovely Sunday with your sweet boys & hubby!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun day Sonia. Love that you are encouraging the boys to learn English. We/Antonia teaches us some French, but I would really like to step that up, I'll have to get some books.
ReplyDeleteYour tour did make me smile, thank you, night XX
Hahaha I love these googly eyes! They made my day, Sonia. Thank you!!
ReplyDeleteThose piccies are so funny! I might have dig out some googly eyes for my children to animate our home with. Goodness knows I have a zillion of them for various school projects. And I love your felt gingerbread ornaments, very sweet :)
ReplyDeleteVery funny -- loved Miss Daff Odil especially. I too am a homebody, I'd rather be here than anywhere. Hubby feels the same (thankfully). Have a wonderful Sunday!! I'm going to make lentil soup -- I love lentil soup, and more of your wristwarmers = }
ReplyDeleteHi Sonia,
ReplyDeleteI see I've missed quite a bit! Lots of lovely photos :) We have fun with googly eyes at school, too. Amazing what a difference they can make to a simple item.
Hope you're all well and happy.
Hugs
Coucou Sonia! What a lovely post, as always :-) My girls love those googly eyes too, they can be so much fun to play with! My littlest one is still not feeling 100% so I am spending a day at home with her. Like yourself, I do not mind at all spending my days at home, I only wish I had the opportunity to do so more often :-)
ReplyDeleteWishing you a wonderful start of the week my sweet!
Grosses bises,
Susanne xxx
I love to be at home too! I can go for DAYS without leaving the house. Brent doesn't get it. He always has to be doing something. As HE defines "doing," of course.
ReplyDeleteooooo, glad to have found you!
ReplyDeletei love googly eyes too. : )
