Sorting papers out ... lots of papers ...I haven't been much into crafts today, probably because it was Wednesday (= both the boys are off school). I got "little" things done, such as washing my hair, baking prune + oatflakes muffins, all the dish washing, shopping for food, bathroom cleaning. Add games, lunch & dinner preparations, tyding & showers, and the day is gone. You ALL know that. Oh well.
I'm on a mission (with me and myself) to sort out (once again) all the papers I kept through the years (for inspiration) from magazines, and that were once or twice already sorted out. You may think they already should have been sorted out, but nope. I never find the right way of organizing them. Now, with the move in sight, I REALLY REALLY (and I mean it !) want them to be organized FOR GOOD ! I could say the same for all my recipes. That's absolutely THE SAME STORY, believe me or not. Little index cards are so pretty & so handy because of their size, but my handwriting is too big to fit these. (or maybe the recipes I use are always too long ! LOL) I want to find a good way to display them & to make them last (don't want to do the same thing all over again every two years, if you see what I mean !). So, here again, I need a good organization system. Will let you know if I find something nice that will work out for me.
BDABCM Week 3 is coming to an end, but I still have to clean the inside of the fridge, the two kitchen cupboards, the microwave, and the second half of the hall shelves. Uuuuh ... let's say that this week's been extended ... and anyway ... thinking about it, and given that there's only a week and a half left in January, and that I still have two bedrooms & the living room to do, I'll declare both January AND February as Big Decluttering And Big Clean Months !!
Yesterday I had been to the post office to send three parcels. One big, one medium and one small. Eheh, that reminds me of Goldilocks ! *Ü* Two of them should have been sent a long while ago, so I'm relieved they're gone now & I hope they'll reach their new home quickly & safely. In the meantime, I had been crafting a little bit ...

Glad you were pleased with the award, you certainly deserve it :-) I know what you mean about sorting papers, of all sorts! I tend to just stack them on top of each other in my craft room, so goodness they really need sorting! For the receipes, however, I have bought a big notebook in which we write all of our favourite receipes. It is devided into sections by type of receipe, and the receipes can be decorated with little stickers or drawings... it's really neat :-)
