Mmmmm ... I love Monday mornings, specially if they're sunny & bright like today ! Monday mornings are like a clean slate for me. You spent a long last week, busy like never, and you also accomplished things in the weekend. But, Monday mornings brings hope & time ahead. (yeah, which flies by, OK, I know)Yesterday I did accomplish a lot. In addition to what I wrote yesterday afternoon, after cutting the 3 guys' hair, I finally washed mine, and taking advantage of the time I had with a hair mask on, I scrubbed the whole bath + bath walls ... yep. What a pretty pic in your mind, hey ?!! LOL Believe me, I wasn't cold a second ! After I rinced everything (me included) I cleaned the sink + its surroundings, which gets dirty in a wink, specially with a little scientist named P ... LOL And, by 08.45pm, after having dinner & after having started a new craft project, you could have found me hoovering the living-room, because this little project had produced a lots of mess that I didn't want to find in all the other rooms of the appartment ! Phew ! And earlier in the late afternoon, I had cleaned the birdbaths & instead of a big & a small, I made a double one (one inside, on top of the other, go to my Flickr to see what I'm speaking of), filled the birdfeeder with seeds, and also made a wreath for the birds, made of Granny Smith apple (cut into slices) & dried apricots. It looked nice & yummy ! I hope they'll appreciate when it'll be colder !
Anyway ... I have laundry to hang now, but I wanted to post now & have my afternoon free of computer related things to do. I'll share with you a pic from yesterday's lunch ...
Then, while I was ironing yesterday morning, I discovered a funny label on one of P's turtle neck tee-shirts ... I HAD to share !
How right is that tee-shirt ?!! LOL Here is another pic of my new craft project (the other is at the top) ... and then I'll leave you with something else before going to hang the laundry ...
To all Nigella Lawson's lovers (like me) ...Why did I never think of looking for Nigella's videos on YouTube ???!! I'm going to watch them all with my hubby tonight !! LOL Have a great week ahead, everyone !! Good luck & strength to all for all you have to accomplish this coming week ! OXOXO
