Kids just say & do the sweetest things sometimes ... yesterday my little U (4 y-o) came & whispered to my ear ... "mommy, I want to tell you two things ... first, you are very pretty, and two, I like you very much" (with a sweet, adorable little voice) Awwwwwwwww ... yep, I dropped a good ol* mama's tear ... LOL
And yesterday afternoon too, my sweet P (6 y-o) came back from school with a drawing for me ... look at it ...
Don't you understand what it is ? It's my embroidery hoop in the middle (round thing) & there's even the laundry basket on the right with the little cat ! Ah ah ... and he added a little boy with a rake too, eheh. My heart just melt !! My little treasures ... I love them so much ! {note that the drawing is in fact rather small, and I bet he was in a hurry when making this, because he can do more precise drawings than that, but, still, it's very very cute, isn't it ?!}
OK, I won't be long today as my inlaws will be here in 4 hours exactly. I bet it's going to be a busy weekend, and I'm pretty sure I won't be able to post during that time. So I better wish you a lovely, cozy weekend. I hope you'll have a great time with your loved ones !! Sending you big hugs OXOXO

That picture is so sweet! Ahhh sweet memories of the things my boy used to say....great for self esteem. Luckily I get those sort of comments from my pupils too as my boy is now too grown up to say such things!
