Gosh, that's already October ! Can you believe that ?!! Summer is really a far memory now ... and autumn is here for good. It's been raining for two days now, and I saw it's predicted to go down to 03°C on Friday morning .... brrrr ... we're gonna freeze ! (specially my MIL who doesn't like cold !) At least it makes you feel to stay cosy inside ... eheh !
It's Wednesday, so it's Me-And-The-Boys-Only-Day ... We've braved the rain this morning & went to the supermarket to get some craft supplies (and a bit more ...). We played, I made them practise their handwriting, they drew ... U asked me for a stapled little book (made of 4 sheets of paper) and he drew on his own while I was washing the dishes. (yeah, glamourous ...) He was so quiet & I even wondered if he hadn't fallen asleep. Nope, he was simply drawing away ... look at one of his cute drawings ... showing himself, his brother P, and my MIL (coming on Friday with my FIL) ... I just love the curly hair he drew ! She has indeed black, thick & curly hair !
After lunch, I had the idea to make chocolate dipped bananas, but I decided to sprinkle chopped almonds & hazelnuts on the chocolate, in addition to few sugar tiny balls. I made some for the boys' snack, and others for Chris & I's breakfast tomorrow. 
They loved it, and I can't wait to try them too tomorrow ! ;-)Didn't do a single crafty thing today & hope to fill the gap tomorrow. I hope you're having a nice middle of the week, dear friends ! And ... do you realize we're getting closer to Christmas ??! Must take my Christmas books out & get inspired ! :)

ReplyDeleteI have written about the felt craft book I got yesterday Sonia, because it has given me so much inspiration! I love it. I had a very 'crafty' weekend, making cards, which I am pleased about. Sometimes I have tons of projects on the go, other times I do nothing for weeks and weeks!
thanks for your comment. I am glad I hadn't offended you, sometimes I know the written word can come across differently to how it would be spoken, and I'm aware that how I talk in real life can read much differently online.

Have you tried freezing the bananas? I usually dip them in yogourt :o)
