Hopefully my MIL will visit from Dec. 11th to 18th (or something, can't remember). I love her bunch too, but that's not the same. I craft with my mom, we talk crafts together, and it makes the things so special.
Activities Advent Calendar - Day 4 : Winter Tic Tac Toe !! I sewed it yesterday, it's made of two hues of felt, and they play with buttons from my stash. It was a hit, I'm oh so happy !! I'm having as much fun preparing these activities as my boys doing them ! LOL
I'm off to the post office now. I'm very happy to say that the felt gingerbread biscuits got sold last night & will fly to their new home in Germany. I also finished another spice biscuits felt garland, that will go to the UK ! It'll be the 3rd garland I've made, I can't believe it !It's raining, the wind is blowing, and it's soooo cold outside. I thought I'd leave you today with the first part of Beatrix Potter's Tailor of Gloucester tale ... I'll share the other everyday. We LOVE this here. :) I bet you do too. *Ü*Enjoy !!! Hi Sonia! Oh, don't fall off your chair... Yes, it's really me leaving you a comment. ;) Just wanted to give you a hug as I always feel for you when your mom leaves...because I feel the same way when my mom comes and goes. I do hope you all can keep well now over the winter...this sickness thing is awful! and very exhausting. I feel the same way about my mom. Thankfully, she only lives about two hours away from me now so I see her fairly often. In fact, I will see her this weekend!
